Q: What’s your turnaround time?

Standard turnaround is 7–10 business days after final design approval. Rush orders may be available depending on the job—just ask!

Q: Can I bring my own garments?

Absolutely. You're welcome to provide your own items for embroidery. We’ll first assess them to ensure they’re stitch-ready and compatible with our machines.

Q: What is digitizing, and why do I need it?

Digitizing is the process of converting your design into a stitch file our machines can read. It’s a one-time setup fee and ensures precision and quality for your embroidery.

Q: How do I get a quote?

Q: Do you ship orders?

Yes, we offer shipping anywhere in the U.S. Local pickup is also available in Akron, Ohio.
